• Non-Prime Rate Monday to Friday Open-4:00 PM
  • $212.29/hr plus HST and insurance requirements
• 4:15 PM Monday – Friday
  • $234.89/hr plus HST and insurance requirements
• 4:30 PM Monday – Friday
  • $257.49/hr plus HST and insurance requirements
• 4:45 PM Monday – Friday
  • $280.07/hr plus HST and insurance requirements
• Prime Time Rate Monday to Friday 5pm-close, all day Saturday and Sunday
  • $302.67/hr plus HST and insurance requirements
• Late Night Rate (11:00 pm and later)
  • $222.63/hr plus HST and Insurance requirements
