  • 4:30 PM Monday – Friday
    • $257.49/hr plus HST and insurance requirements = $294.59
  • 4:45 PM Monday – Friday
    • $280.07/hr plus HST and insurance requirements = $320.11
  • Prime Time Rate Monday to Friday 5pm-close, all day Saturday and Sunday
    • $302.67/hr plus HST and insurance requirements = $345.65
  • Late Night Rate (11:00 pm and later)
    • $222.63/hr plus HST and Insurance requirements = $255.20
